By participating in the Be An Outsider Challenge Presented by L.L.Bean on NatureQuant’s NatureDose app (“Challenge”), NatureDose participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. NatureQuant’s privacy policy governs any collection of your Personal Information by NatureDose.

Eligibility

The Challenge is open to NatureDose users who are age 18+ at time of entry and a legal resident of the United States.

Challenge Period

Challenge opens 04/28/2024 at 12:00am local time and closes 06/01/2024 at 11:59pm local time.

How to Enter

NatureDose users will be automatically entered in the Challenge by participation in and use of the NatureDose app during the Challenge Period.

Challenge Requirements

NatureDose users must spend 120 minutes (2 hours) outdoors during a one-week timeframe within the Challenge Period to be eligible for the Offer. One week is defined by NatureDose as beginning on Sunday at 12:00am local time and ending on Saturday at 11:59pm local time. Participants who successfully complete the Challenge on NatureDose are eligible to receive a coupon for 15% off one (1) select full-price item from L.L.Bean (the “Offer”). Additional Conditions and Limitations apply. Determination of a participant’s qualification for the Offer shall be determined automatically by the NatureDose app. Any questions regarding user eligibility or qualification for the Offer shall be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and determined at the sole discretion of NatureDose. Challenge Offer is void wherever prohibited and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. No purchase necessary.

Challenge Offer

Upon a user’s successful completion of the Challenge, NatureDose will provide user with a link to llbean.com where, upon submission of user’s email address and agreement to receive promotional emails from L.L.Bean, participant will receive by email a single-use coupon for 15% off one (1) select full-price item (the “Offer”). To redeem Offer, participant shall either: (a) click through the promotional email and enter the promo code during online checkout; (b) provide the code to an L.L.Bean phone representative; or (c) present the email to an L.L.Bean store cashier. Additional conditions and limitations may apply. Successful Challenge participants must claim the Offer by 6/8/2024.

Conditions and Limitations

The single-use coupon is valid for one-time use only and applies to select merchandise purchased from L.L.Bean at llbean.com, by phone, or at retail stores. Offer is not valid at L.L.Bean Outlets, on L.L.Bean for Business orders, through L.L.Bean’s global.llbean.com or llbean.ca websites, or on previous purchases or in combination with other promotional offers or discounts (including L.L.Bean employee discounts). Offer excludes products from certain brands, determined solely by L.L.Bean, and excludes: shipping charges; return labels; taxes; license/stamps; gift cards; repairs; duty; engraving; monogramming; alterations; firearms; Outdoor Discovery Programs private lessons, custom adventures, adventure trips and youth programs; and the America the Beautiful – National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass.
